Jared Evan - Boom Bap & Blues Mixtape

Basically, the title is the perfect description for this mixtape. It's a chill tape that features some great artists like Hoodie Allen, Joey Bada$$, and more. I don't really know too much about Jared Evan, but I gave this tape a chance and it's starting to grow on me. Give it a listen through and see what you think.

Chris Webby - And The Beat Goes On

Alright so Webby is a little underrated, but this song goes off. If you've never heard his shit before, I guarantee you'll be impressed. I know I say this a lot, but the hook is sick. The only bad thing about this song is that it's not long enough. Check it out.

Talib Kweli - Push Thru Ft. Kendrick Lamar & Curren$y

So this chill song came out awhile back, but I just heard it for the first time last week. Kendrick Lamar is working his way up my favorite rapper list, and his verse in this song is sick per usual. I have a little Talib Kweli but this song is probably the best I've heard from him.

Two Fresh - ALOHA Ft. Purple Monk & Miyagi

This is a super chilled out song. It's got a really funky synth line in the back that works with the percussion very well. It almost has an elevator music sound to it, but if you like some different music this song is pretty awesome.

A$AP Rocky - Same Bitch Ft. Trey Songz

Here's a new song from A$AP Rocky. He's been tearing up the game lately and this song follows suit with the impressive work he's been putting out. The combination of his flow and the smooth hook is perfect. Check it out.

Hoodie Allen - Crewcuts Mixtape

I've been a huge fan of Hoodie Allen since I first heard his song 'You Are Not a Robot' Ft. Marina & The Diamonds. This is his latest mixtape that, for the most part, continues with his catchy chill style. 'Cake Boy' is the exception on this album. It's a simple beat that allows Hoodie to feature his skills. I wasn't a fan the first time I heard it because I was expecting something like all of his other work, but it's grown on me and is probably my favorite song on the tape. Plus, the video for the song is awesome.

Crooked I - Minority Report

This is probably one of the dopest chill rap songs I've downloaded in awhile. I only have one other song with Crooked I in my iTunes, but this song is tight. If you like chill songs, definitely get this one. It has a catchy guitar line that draws you in and the bass gives it some pop.

Problem & Iamsu! - Do It Big Ft. Bad Lucc and Sage the Gemini

So these are the guys that produced Wiz Khalifa's 'Bout Me'. I downloaded their mixtape 'Million Dollar Afro' a week ago and wasn't blown away, but this song started growing on me. If you like this song, I'd recommend at least listening through the rest of the tape.

Ace Hood - Bugatti Ft. Future & Rick Ross

Here is a sick song by Ace Hood. I got it off of Birdman's mixtape 'Rich Gang: All Stars' that dropped a couple weeks ago. Ace Hood spits a pretty solid verse and Future, who has started to impress me recently, just kills it. The hook is pretty tight too.

J. Cole - Truly Yours Mixtape

Here's some more from J. Cole. This is his chill mixtape 'Truly Yours' that was dropped a couple weeks ago. It features 5 sick songs that just barely missed the cut for his new album 'Born Sinner'.

Chamillionaire - Overnight (Elevate)

This is a solid Chamillionaire song. The hook is simple but very catchy. If you're a fan of his, I would recommend getting the rest of the 'Elevate' EP.

J. Cole - Power Trip (Ft. Miguel)

This is a slower song, but once the bass drops it goes off. J. Cole definitely has one of the sickest flows in the game right now, and he doesn't disappoint in this song. I definitely recommend listening to this one on some nice subs.
